These tail lights do NOT come with the blind spot sensor modules, just the tail lights that will accept them for example you crack your stock tail lights. You would transfer over your existing modules into the new tail lights.

FITS 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 RAM 2500/3500 WITH OR WITHOUT OEM LEDS TAILS(NEED CONVERSION HARNESS IF YOU HAVE OEM HALOGEN.
